I am pleased with every aspect of the service provided. Despite the unexpected severe weather limitations, Power Pro Electric kept me updated on when they would be able to promptly service my home. I was fully informed throughout the process and modifications were made when it was better than the original estimated project for what I needed. I'll look forward to using Power Pro Electric again in the future due to their quality work and professional approach to our electrical service needs.

We hired Matt to run power to my husbands work shed and fix some electrical problems we had in our other shed. Matt and his team were so responsive, kind and did an amazing job!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

The saying if your on time your late an if your 10 min early your on time is something I think every professional should go by! Matt an his crew Exceeded expectations in more ways than 1. That specific one being first. He was 17 min early for the start of our job. He worked vigorously from the time he got there an didn't stop until it was finished. The level of professionalism an drive exhibited while here is unmatched to any electrician I've ever worked it. I consider myself for lack of a better word “Dumb” when it comes to electricity an Matt explained every step to me in a manner any child would understand. Nothing about the job was done janky or rigged an he even went above a beyond an finished some of the carpenters work so that he could make sure his work was done an finished correctly. Himself an His crew is the best I've seen so if your needing electrical work done in your home or office or shop or restaurant or wherever id suggest you give Matt Isaacs an his crew a call FIRST! Did I mention he was $600 cheaper than the other 3 quotes we got from other electricians in the Lexington area. If you need it done they get it done. Big, small, or in-between. You won't be disappointed or even halfway disappointed!
